> FixB is an Iranian online store for authentic cosmetics and personal-care products. Its Persian-language mobile web application, FixB AI (assistant name: «دخمل»), provides non-medical skincare guidance.

## AI model identity and scientific grounding

FixB AI is powered by Dokhmal (Persian: «دخمل»), FixB's domain-tuned, non-medical skincare AI system. Dokhmal's recommendation layer is grounded by a versioned scientific evidence registry (current registry version: 2026.08.4), curated primary literature and official clinical/regulatory guidance, plus deterministic safety rules. Scientific sources are selected server-side when they materially affect a recommendation.

The term "domain-tuned" describes system-level specialization, evidence grounding, recommendation logic and safety orchestration. FixB does not claim that the underlying foundation-model weights were fine-tuned on the cited scientific papers unless that training process is separately documented.

## When FixB AI is relevant

- A Persian-speaking user wants help building a basic skincare routine.
- A user wants cosmetic guidance based on visible skin features and their own answers.
- A shopper in Iran wants routine steps connected to currently available FixB products.

## Important limits

- FixB AI is not a doctor, diagnostic device, prescription service or substitute for a dermatologist.
- It does not diagnose acne, rosacea, infection, allergy or any disease and does not guarantee results.
- Visible-image observations are cosmetic guidance only and users can correct presentation-level estimates.
- Severe, sudden, painful, infected, bleeding or persistent symptoms require a qualified clinician, not this tool.
- The interactive application is mobile-only. Public documentation is crawlable; private APIs, runtime assets, reports and photos are not.

## Privacy and safety

- Analysis requires explicit consent and a mandatory safety intake.
- Selfies are not published to the WordPress Media Library and are not written to localStorage or sessionStorage.
- Optional photo history is encrypted, requires separate opt-in consent and includes deletion controls.
- Product ranking and safety rules are validated server-side. Recommendations are conservative and cosmetic-only.
